Technical Documentation Specialist |

|
Summary |
Responsible for understanding and documenting technology processes, business processes, team strategies and project issues |
|
|
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned |
|
Produce written materials including, but not limited to, process related flows, user manuals, technical specifications, installation procedures, test plans, and training guides and materials, as required |
|
Develop proprietary knowledge base articles, document reusable components, prepare Internal training materials, and operating procedures and provide feedback to the Engineering and Development teams |
|
Assist in coordinating the layout and organization of these written materials and support the development and management of a Knowledge Base for End User Support |
|
Conduct internal product demonstrations or provide internal product training to employees |
|
Previous Experience with ISO standards and FDA filing will be a great asset. |

|
2-4 years of experience writing in a technical environment |
|
Excellent communication skills, knowledge of client/server and web-based applications |
|
Background in working with the following technologies: Windows 2000/2003 Server, Internet Explorer, SQL Server databases, Microsoft Office, and some HTML Editor |
|
Software documentation experience is required |
|
Training experience is an advantage |
|
Comprehension with basic concepts of coding ( Java, HTML, etc) is a plus |
|
BS/BA Technical Communications or English
|
